To help announce our new All-In-One Website Solution for Emergency Services Organizations, we are giving away a website to one lucky Fire Department in North Carolina. We designed this service specifically with smaller organizations in mind, the types of departments and organizations that don’t have a city budget or IT staff to lean on, but still want a great looking website.
Our all-in-one website solution takes care of everything for your organization, from design and hosting to maintenance and support. This means you can focus on what you do best—serving the community—while we ensure your website is professional, secure, and always up-to-date.

The winner will receive a a certificate redeemable for a new website with one year of hosting and support under our Managed ES Website Service – Standard Plan. This includes the design and development of the website with a custom homepage, up to 3 additional pages, one email account, and 1-hour of monthly labor to make changes and/or updates to your site.

To be eligible for this giveaway, your department must be a non-profit organizations providing fire services to the public in the state of North Carolina. The winning organizations will be required to provide a Tax ID #, EIN, or other acceptable documentation, to prove their non-profit status.
The winner will be randomly selected from the list of entries at 2 p.m. on October 25th, 2024. The winning organization will be contacted via phone and/or email and will have one week to respond.
Absolutely, after the of your first year of free hosting and support you own your website. You can renew with us and we will keep hosting and managing your website, or we can help you move your website and email to a new host.
Giveaway Terms and Conditions
Eligibility – The giveaway contest is open to not-for-profit organizations providing fire services to the public (non-municipal fire departments) in the state of North Carolina. The winning organizations will be required to provide a Tax ID #, EIN, or other acceptable documentation, to prove their non-profit status.
Entry – To enter, participants must fill out the Giveaway sign up form on our website located at the giveaway page on our website. Only one entry per organization is allowed. Entries with incomplete and/or inaccurate information, or are submitted after the deadline, will be disqualified. No purchase is necessary to enter.
Duration – The giveaway contest starts at 8 a.m. September 6th, 2024, and ends at 12 p.m. on October 25th, 2024. Only entries submitted before the deadline will be considered.
Winner Selection – The winner will be randomly selected from the list of entries at 2 p.m. on October 25th, 2024. The winning organization will be contacted via phone and/or email and will have two (2) business days to respond. After eligibility confirmation and acceptance of the award, the winner will be announced publicly on our website and social media profiles. If the winning organization does not accept the award, was not eligible, or can not be reached, an alternate winner will be selected at random from the remaining list of entries.
Prize – The winner will receive a certificate redeemable for a new website with one year of hosting and support under our Managed Website Service – Standard ES Plan. The giveaway award is non-transferable, and has no cash value.
Publicity – By participating in the giveaway, the winner agrees to allow Acme Ventures LLC to use their organization name, logo, photographs, and other information related to the giveaway for advertising purposes without compensation.
Privacy – Any information obtained by Acme Ventures LLC by giveaway participants may be used for marketing purposes for the service. By entering and providing information about your organization, you agree to allow Acme Ventures LLC, Acme Solutions, or any other division of the company to contact you via the information you provided for marketing purposes. This information will NOT be shared with any third party, and you may opt out of any mailing list and/or communications by submitting a ticket on our help center. (https://acmevnt.com/help)
Liability – Acme Ventures LLC is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage to participants, or their property related to their participation in the giveaway contest. Participants agree to release and hold harmless Acme Ventures LL, its employees’, affiliates, partners, and vendors from any liability, injury, loss, or damage resulting from participation in the giveaway contest or acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize.
Governing Law – This giveaway contest and these terms and conditions are governed by and construed per the laws of the state of North Carolina
Dispute Resolution – Any dispute arising from or related to the giveaway contest, or these terms and conditions will be resolved through binding arbitration at the expense of the contestant, per the rules of an arbitration service selected by Acme Ventures LLC.
Modification – Acme Ventures LLC reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the giveaway contest without notice. Acme Ventures LLC also reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions without notice.
By participating in the giveaway contest, participants agree to be governed by these terms and conditions.
