Acme News is Moving to a New Domain
Starting January 1, 2025, Acme News will transition to our new domain name: acmenews.net
What’s Changing?
- Website: We’ve launched a new website acmenews.net, which provides access to our reporting, resources, and data while also providing a hub for our partner news outlets to access our journalism content and services.
- Emails: All Acme News email addresses will now use the @acmenews.net domain.
What Do You Need to Do?
- Bookmark our new site: acmenews.net.
- Update your contact list with our new email addresses.
Timeline
The new domain name, including the website and new email addresses are active now. Starting Jan 1, 2025, we will officially switch all emails to the new domain.
As it will take some time for us to make the transition to the new domain we will continue to maintain the old domain through the end of 2025. Any emails sent to our old domain (@acmenewsnc.com) during this time will be automatically forwarded to the new domain.
Why the change?
This change is necessary to improve our email infrastructure and consolidate IT resources while having the added benefit of centralizing Acme News’ reporting, data, and resources.
