It depends on how complex the issue is. In general we have most support requests resolved within 24-48 hours. Emergency support request are usually resolved in a few hours.
Usually not, most issues can be resolved without the need for the site to go offline or be placed into a maintenance mode. We aim to minimize any downtime. In the event we do need to take your site offline to complete some work, we can schedule it for off peak time.
Our quotes are to give you an idea of our predicted cost to resolve your issue. Due to the unpredictable nature of technical issues we can’t guarantee the price we quote will be the final price. If our final cost is within 25% of the price we quoted, we’ll honor the quote. If we expect the cost to be more than 25% above the price we quoted, we’ll stop and generate a new quote for you to approve.
To request support, we’ll need some basic technical information such as your websites address and who is hosting your site.
In most cases we will have you setup a new user for us. (Don’t worry, it’s easy and we have instructions and can help walk you through it.) If you can’t add a new user, we have other ways to connect, and we’re happy to jump on a video call to assist with any steps you need to take to help us access your site.
Yes. If we can’t fix it, you don’t pay and we stand behind our work by offering a 14-day warranty period. If the same issue re-occurs, we’ll take care of it free of charge.
