It depends on how complex the issue is. In general we have most support requests resolved within 24-48 hours. Emergency support request are usually resolved in a few hours.

Usually not, most issues can be resolved without the need for the site to go offline or be placed into a maintenance mode.  We aim to minimize any downtime. In the event we do need to take your site offline to complete some work, we can schedule it for off peak time.

Our quotes are to give you an idea of our predicted cost to resolve your issue. Due to the unpredictable nature of technical issues we can’t guarantee the price we quote will be the final price. If our final cost is within 25% of the price we quoted, we’ll honor the quote. If we expect the cost to be more than 25% above the price we quoted, we’ll stop and generate a new quote for you to approve.

To request support, we’ll need some basic technical information such as your websites address and who is hosting your site.

In most cases we will have you setup a new user for us. (Don’t worry, it’s easy and we have instructions and can help walk you through it.) If you can’t add a new user, we have other ways to connect, and we’re happy to jump on a video call to assist with any steps you need to take to help us access your site. 

Yes. If we can’t fix it, you don’t pay and we stand behind our work by offering a 14-day warranty period. If the same issue re-occurs, we’ll take care of it free of charge.

Absolutely. We’re happy to provide you with a copy of the PSD (also know as the photoshop file) as well as any other file formats you need.

For all hourly projects, you can easily track the time spent through detailed breakdowns available in our client system. This allows you to see exactly how much time was worked on each task, ensuring full transparency and keeping you informed throughout the project.

Yes, we do have a 1-hour minimum for all projects. Even if we only work on your image for 10 minutes, the 1-hour minimum charge applies. This covers not just the editing time but also the time spent communicating with you, setting up the invoice, and handling other project-related tasks, and is in place to ensure our staff make at least minimum wage on each project.

After the first hour, additional editing time is billed in 30-minute increments.

For each 30 mins we work on an image, you earn 5 mins of reWork credit that can be used to request changes at no additional cost. With the one hour minimum of projects that means for every project you get at least 10 mins of free changes. If you need additional changes after that credit is used up, you can purchase additional editing time in 30-min increments.

We are committed to working with you to ensure you are satisfied with the final result.

The timeline for building your website depends on the plan you selected and your specific requirements.

Generally, for our Essentials plan, it takes about 1-2 weeks. The Standard and Advanced plans typically take 3-6 weeks, depending on complexity and revisions. We will provide you with a detailed timeline after our initial consultation and keep you updated throughout the development process.

All of our all-in-one website solutions plans include both the development and design of your website, as well as the hosting and support for one year. Each year after that, you only need to pay the renewal cost for on-going hosting and support cost to keep your website up and running.

No, while the prices on the plans are for one year, if you need a website for a shorter term we offer three and six month plans.

Absolutely, after the end of your initial plan you own your website. If you choose not to renew your hosting with us we can help you move your website and email to a new host.

We want you to be happy with your finished website. During the design and development process, we will work with you to ensure the final product meets your expectations. If you are not happy with the initial design, we offer revisions to address your concerns and make adjustments. If you still have concerns after revisions, we can discuss additional options to ensure your satisfaction.

Simply click the start order button on the package you wish to purchase, and pay the $25 deposit. Once we receive your information and deposit, we will begin working on your logo.

The total time for most orders is 3-6 business days. Revisions are usually completed within 1-2 business days each. We strive to work efficiently to deliver your final logo as quickly as possible. If you need faster delivery, expedited service is available for $20.

Yes, you can upgrade to the Advanced package at any time during the design process. We will adjust the pricing accordingly and continue with the additional features and benefits of the Advanced package.

Yes, once the final payment is made and the logo is delivered, you will own the copyright to your logo. You are free to use it for any purpose.

Absolutely! You can provide your preferred colors, and we’ll incorporate them into your logo design. The Standard package allows for up to 2 colors, while the Advanced package allows for up to 4 colors. Additional colors can be added for $10 each.

Under out terms of service, a revision is a request to change any of the colors, text, font, placement, icons, or any other parts of the logo.

Multiple changes requested at the same time count as one revision.

Revisions to correct errors (e.g., spelling mistakes) do not count as a revision.

If you need more revisions than what’s included in your package, additional revisions can be purchased for $10 each.

We offer up to 3 revisions in our Standard package and up to 6 revisions in our Pro package to ensure you are satisfied with your logo. If you are still not happy after the included revisions, additional revisions can be purchased for $10 each.

Due to the custom nature of logo design, we do not offer refunds once the design process has begun. However, we are committed to working with you to ensure you are satisfied with your logo.
