Simply click the start order button on the package you wish to purchase, and pay the $25 deposit. Once we receive your information and deposit, we will begin working on your logo.
The total time for most orders is 3-6 business days. Revisions are usually completed within 1-2 business days each. We strive to work efficiently to deliver your final logo as quickly as possible. If you need faster delivery, expedited service is available for $20.
Yes, you can upgrade to the Advanced package at any time during the design process. We will adjust the pricing accordingly and continue with the additional features and benefits of the Advanced package.
Yes, once the final payment is made and the logo is delivered, you will own the copyright to your logo. You are free to use it for any purpose.
Absolutely! You can provide your preferred colors, and we’ll incorporate them into your logo design. The Standard package allows for up to 2 colors, while the Advanced package allows for up to 4 colors. Additional colors can be added for $10 each.
Under out terms of service, a revision is a request to change any of the colors, text, font, placement, icons, or any other parts of the logo.
Multiple changes requested at the same time count as one revision.
Revisions to correct errors (e.g., spelling mistakes) do not count as a revision.
If you need more revisions than what’s included in your package, additional revisions can be purchased for $10 each.
We offer up to 3 revisions in our Standard package and up to 6 revisions in our Pro package to ensure you are satisfied with your logo. If you are still not happy after the included revisions, additional revisions can be purchased for $10 each.
Due to the custom nature of logo design, we do not offer refunds once the design process has begun. However, we are committed to working with you to ensure you are satisfied with your logo.

Change out a member of the command staff, add some photos from an event, or just want to make changes to the site? You can use your monthly site labor credit to do all that, often at no cost. When you need more work than your monthly labor credit covers, you’ll enjoy a 50% discount on our standard rate.

Designed for smaller departments and organizations.
We’ve designed this service with smaller organizations like county fire departments, and volunteer EMS and Rescue Squads in mind. At smaller organizations, the command staff often have to wear multiple shirts, and often don’t have an IT staff and budget like municipal departments in larger cities. Our goal is to provide a great looking website, that hassle and worry free, at a flat affordable price.

Keeping a website up and running smoothly is easy, until it’s not. While most of the time websites run without any issues, when there is a problem or your need help with something, we make it easy to get in touch with our technical support team. The timeline for building your website depends on the plan you selected and your specific requirements.
Generally, for our Essentials plan, it takes about 1-2 weeks. The Standard and Advanced plans typically take 3-6 weeks, depending on complexity and revisions. We will provide you with a detailed timeline after our initial consultation and keep you updated throughout the development process.
Yes, we offer a 10% discount on both the design and construction as well as on-going hosting and support. That discount is already added into the prices shown on this page. We also offer a 50% on any extended services and 10% on any of our other services.
To be eligible for this discount, your department or organization must be filled with the IRS as a non-profit organization, and provide emergency services directly to the public. A Tax ID (EIN) may be requested to verify your non-for-profit status.
All of our all-in-one website solutions packages include both the development and design of your website, as well as the hosting and support for one year. After your first year, you only need to pay the renewal cost for on-going hosting and support cost to keep your website up and running, or you can move your website to another host and run it yourself. It’s your website, you’re in control.
The prices on the packages are all for one year. If you need a website for a shorter period of time, like for an event, we offer three and six month plans.
Absolutely, after the end of your initial plan you own your website. If you choose not to renew your hosting with us we can help you move your website and email to a new host.
We want you to be happy with your finished website. During the design and development process, we will work with you to ensure the final product meets your expectations. If you are not happy with the initial design, we offer revisions to address your concerns and make adjustments. If you still have concerns after revisions, we can discuss additional options to ensure your satisfaction.
